The Traditional Curriculum
further informationThe DGSA offers the new curriculum and the traditional curriculum. The contents are basically the same. However the structure is different. The new curriculum is the result of years of experience. It will probably replace the traditional curriculum. The main improvmements are:
- With the new curriculum you have the choice between courses in manual trigger point therapy (MT-courses), dry needling (DN-courses) or manual trigger point therapy & dry needling (Combi-courses).
- The new curriculum focuses from the beginning on the clinically frequent muscles.
- The course hours are less because you can learn certain contents in self study
Course participants who have already attended courses in the traditional curriculum can easily switch to the new curriculum. You will find the prerequisites at each course. Please click on schedule to see which courses are offered in your country.
